Privacy Policy

Your progress is local. Here is how the app, its optional ads, and this website handle information.

Who we are

Maker Frontier L.L.C. publishes Sling Ponger and operates slingponger.com. For privacy questions or requests, email support@makerfrontier.com.

Your game stays on your device

Sling Ponger does not require an account. We do not operate a game server or include a separate gameplay analytics service. The app saves progress, earned tables and specials, match checkpoints, settings, consecutive losses, and recovery timers on your device. It also keeps local result and reward records to prevent duplicate processing and recover interrupted saves. The app does not upload these game saves to us.

Local records remain until the app data is removed. Deleting the app removes its local data from that device; device backups may retain copies according to your Apple backup settings. Offloading the app may retain its data. Removing the app does not remove purchase or advertising records held by Apple or Google.

Apple purchases

Apple processes purchases and payments. The app checks verified transaction and entitlement information to unlock purchased features, restore them, and recognize refunds or revocations. We do not receive your payment-card details through the app. See App Store & Privacy for Apple’s practices.

Optional ads and Google services

The app integrates Google AdMob for optional rewarded recovery ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform for advertising privacy choices. Development and test builds may use Google test ads. The public advertising configuration may vary by region and applicable consent requirements.

When advertising is configured, Google’s consent service may be contacted at app startup, including for players who own No Ads Forever. This check does not itself load or display an ad. Opening recovery may prepare an ad and present a required privacy message. An ad plays only when you choose to watch one, and the game grants recovery after the earned-reward event.

Google’s services may process your IP address, approximate location, device and app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance data. These can be used for ad delivery and measurement, analytics, diagnostics, and fraud prevention. Processing depends on configuration, permissions, region, and your choices. Your advertising choices

When available for your region, Settings → Advertising privacy choices lets you review or change Google consent choices. Less personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all advertising-related processing. You can wait for recovery or play Free Play instead of choosing an ad. No Ads Forever removes recovery ads, but does not disable the consent-information check described above. Device privacy settings are available in iOS Settings.

This website

This website does not include advertising SDKs, a signup form, or our own analytics scripts. Its fonts and images are hosted with the site. Cloudflare hosts and protects it and may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser information, and security events to deliver and secure pages. When you contact us

If you email support, we receive your address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate your issue, and maintain relevant support records. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary personal information. Email providers process messages to deliver and store them.

Retention, access, and deletion

We retain support correspondence as needed to handle your request and related follow-up, resolve disputes, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal information, or withdraw consent. Contact support@makerfrontier.com to make a request; we may need to verify it. We cannot directly erase local game saves on your device or records independently controlled by Apple or Google. Their privacy pages explain their retention and request options.

Children and audience

Sling Ponger is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not ask players to create accounts or submit personal details to play. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through support, contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date when these practices change. This policy describes the app and website; it does not replace the privacy disclosures Apple displays in the App Store.
