The app and its license
Sling Ponger is a game published by Maker Frontier L.L.C. Use of the iOS app is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms. These terms explain the game’s features, purchases, and website. They do not replace Apple’s standard license or limit rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
Availability and beta testing
The app is currently in testing. Features, visual details, and game balance may change. TestFlight builds can expire and may provide temporary access for testing. Test purchases and temporary testing unlocks do not establish ownership of purchases in the public release. Future map destinations are previews, not currently playable content or promises of a release date.
Free Play and Tournament
Free Play starts with the first opponent on each of the first two tables. More rivals become available as you earn them in Tournament. The optional one-time Tournament purchase unlocks the ability to progress through the tour. It does not automatically unlock every table, opponent, or special. Progress and earned rewards depend on playing the game.
Recovery and optional advertising
Two consecutive Tournament losses trigger a one-hour cooldown. You can wait, continue in Free Play, or choose an available rewarded ad for immediate recovery. Ad availability depends on connectivity, consent requirements, and the advertising provider. Starting or dismissing an ad is not itself a completed reward: the ad provider must report that the reward was earned.
No Ads Forever is a separate, one-time purchase that provides permanent ad-free recovery for the app. It does not include Tournament access or automatically earned progression. The game does not require you to purchase recovery or watch an ad.
Purchases and restoration
Apple displays your local price and processes payment. Planned US prices are $0.99 for Tournament and $1.99 for No Ads Forever; the confirmed App Store price governs the transaction. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account to recover eligible purchases. Purchase restoration does not restore earned game progress.
Purchase issues, refund requests, and payment records are subject to Apple’s processes and applicable law. You can request help through Apple’s purchase support or contact us about access to purchased features. Refunded or revoked purchases may remove the corresponding entitlement.
Local progress
The game saves progress on your device and does not provide a game-account or cloud-save service. Deleting the app or losing device data can remove earned progress. Apple backups are controlled by your device settings. Keep this distinction in mind before deleting the app to troubleshoot a problem.
Fair use and ownership
Play and use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with the app or its services, attempt unauthorized access, or redistribute our artwork or software without permission except where permitted by law. The game and website’s original content belong to Maker Frontier L.L.C. or their respective licensors. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Our Privacy Policy describes the app, optional ads, local saves, and website. Contact support@makerfrontier.com for questions about these terms, accessibility, or the game.
Updates
We may update these terms as the app changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Any mandatory consumer rights and protections remain unaffected.
