A tricky opponent is part of the game. A technical problem should not be.
Tell us what happened, your iPhone model, iOS version, and Sling Ponger version/build. A screenshot or short recording helps. Never send your Apple password or payment-card details.
Restore a purchase
Open the app’s Settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used to buy it. Tournament and No Ads Forever are separate purchases. TestFlight test purchases do not carry over to the public release.
Tournament is waiting for recovery
Two losses in a row start a one-hour cooldown. You can keep playing Free Play, wait for the timer, choose an available recovery ad, or use No Ads Forever for immediate ad-free recovery. The countdown does not require you to keep the app open.
An ad is unavailable or did not grant recovery
Check your connection and any privacy choices the app asks you to make. Sometimes the ad provider has no video available. Recovery is granted after the provider reports a completed reward, not simply after closing the video. If you finished the ad but remain locked out, send us the app build and approximate time. You can still wait for the timer or play Free Play.
Sound or performance problems
Check Sound Effects in Settings and your device’s volume or connected audio output. If an interruption leaves audio silent, pause and resume the match or reopen the app. Let us know which table was active and whether sound was enabled when you noticed a performance issue.
Progress and interrupted matches
Progress and checkpoints are saved locally. Returning after the app goes into the background can resume the saved match. Choosing to leave an active match forfeits it; Tournament forfeits count as losses. Avoid deleting the app to troubleshoot, because this can erase earned progress. Restoring Apple purchases does not restore local wins or specials.
Use an earned special
The first time you defeat an opponent in Tournament, you earn a special tied to that opponent’s table. Select an available special before the match and use its match control when it is ready. Free Play does not earn Tournament progression.
